Where Nimrod’s followers invited the sons of God to empower and control them, transforming them into inhuman abominations, Jesus achieved the opposite. Jesus sent His own Spirit to empower, embolden and transform believers to become more like the people we were always intended to be. And that event occurred at Pentecost.
