Those names blotted out are the people who rejected Christ and did not confess Him as LORD and Savior. Those names removed are the people who did not teach the whole counsel of Scripture, in order to mislead others into sin and apostasy. Those names never written in the Book belong to those who were never created by God. They can only be the Nephilim. Hence Revelation 21 refers to “the abominable” that are cast into the Lake of Fire:
