Stef is still feisty and courageous and kind and brilliant. New enemies, thrilling plot, great AIs (yes, there's a second one), and a badass grandmother! What's not to like? A lovely haunted house vignette on Summit Ave. Mimi, the super grandma! Former drag racer with combat driving skills, fearless and strong. On her phone she has two apps for encrypted texting, one for secure phone calls, a VPN, an app that uploads anything you video to a secure server, and six apps that look like they might be related to her car-theft hobby. She has no games or social media apps. And she grows roses competitively. all they want to do is help people and look at cat pictures - a proper AI raison d’être
