I journal a lot. That’s my cheap therapy. And I think that if I were giving advice, I’d first of all tell people to write about this question: “Okay, perfect world, how would you like this to turn out?” Write about that, because sometimes just the act of writing about something makes your brain work differently, and things come up. So, “How would you like this to turn out?” And then, “How did we get to this point?
