Set an alarm for the middle of the night, and when you are yanked from your terror, write it all down. It will help separate your dreams from your reality, and in time, you will learn to ignore them.

But what I will tell you is that some of the most extraordinary creations are born in terror. Wielded from molten black . . . if only the wielder is wise enough to see the lava for what it truly is.
