Create more possibilities for the roles people can play to contribute to the work. Organizers are very necessary—and that isn’t, and can’t be, the only role in movement. Create more pathways into movement by helping people understand their skills, passions, and best contributions. We need great administrative thinkers, logistics queens, narrative/storytellers, healers, financially minded people, resource generators, educators, farmers, artists, writers, doulas of life and death, people who are great with children, and on and on.
