Devour

I saw something flash in his eyes, something I hadn’t noticed before, I saw hatred, it had me regretting my words immediately, although I couldn’t understand why. “You need to make sure you’re getting me off, too.” His words were so full of anger. My chin quivered, holding back tears that were right on the edge of falling out. I hadn’t realized how selfish I might have sounded.
