When you are dealing with negative emotion, you are in an argument with your mind. If your thoughts are overpowering you, it means your voice is not being heard. It is time to make your voice heard. Tell your negative emotions it is time to let go. They no longer have a hold over your thoughts or you. Create that subconscious space that no negative emotions are allowed to come in. So when you feel yourself shifting to the negative, hurriedly move back and refocus your brain.
