It’s like the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon: When you learn a new word, suddenly, you start to notice it everywhere. Once the word is planted in your subconscious, you start to notice it in places where you normally would have ignored it. Once a creative problem is planted in your subconscious, you more easily notice the solution when you happen upon it.
