Giving up food is like giving up…”
Kristy Johnston
Giving up food doesn't work for anyone. Making better choices does. You can eat food but all you can eat buffets aren't usually great food anyway.

The tilapia with grilled asparagus was tolerable—thanks to the generous amount of seasoning James had showered on. At around 200 calories a serving, I could understand why it was imperative that I stuck with the plan for the remainder of the weekend. Nothing else besides tilapia and asparagus. Nothing. Period. And I really meant nothing. No starch. No fruits. No dairy. It was equivalent to a bland life.
