The tilapia with grilled asparagus was tolerable—thanks to the generous amount of seasoning James had showered on. At around 200 calories a serving, I could understand why it was imperative that I stuck with the plan for the remainder of the weekend. Nothing else besides tilapia and asparagus. Nothing. Period. And I really meant nothing. No starch. No fruits. No dairy. It was equivalent to a bland life.
