NO ONE CAN fight systemic racism alone. It’s too big and in too many areas. On the flip side, that means there are a million ways to help. As always, a good place to start is learning more. Visit the Urban Institute online (urban.org) for exemplary coverage of structural racism in cities. At your job, advocate for diversity. If your office doesn’t have a diversity and inclusion team, push for one.
