Basically this book is just telling ladies “hey if he wears you down, he could be the one” while it’s telling men “hey you can wear her down, just don’t give up or take no for an answer” which I think is a harmful and dangerous message to be taken from this stupid book with a terrible love interest and a poor protagonist who suffers so much just to be “saved” by this holier than thou man who acts like he is the answer to her prayers.
