Becoming Brave: Finding the Courage to Pursue Racial Justice Now

Jesus literally came and showed up. He showed up to the messy, frightening, beautiful community in which he was born, and he embodied love with his actions and his words. He wasn’t indifferent. He wasn’t numb to it all. He was present. This is what we are called to do as well. Just like Jesus, we are called to demonstrate our active participation in local, community concerns and relevant social issues.
