We can have the scope and capabilities of a large company and the spirit and heart of a small one. But we have to choose it.
the argument that a big company can't be stagnant. it has to be driven and focused on the goal. making moves like it is a small company again. keeping the focus on the customer's is the key. I was going to say move faster than the competitor, but this gets into a trap bezos was taking about. it's not on competition. it's about the customer.
