Obviously, everyone over sixty-five (or nearly everyone) is on Medicare and Social Security. Thus any cuts to those programs would have affected Trump voters more than Hillary voters. Hillary won Medicaid recipients. But 39 percent of Medicaid recipients voted for Trump, and in rural counties that number was even higher.
