This is one of my go-to teasers for this book, because as I was writing it, I felt Tyler's gaze as if it was in my office. I could see the exact way he would look at Jasmine, and it's far from the way he looks at anyone else. That look is reserved just for her.

This was such a breakthrough moment for these two, and I felt everything while writing this scene. I could see the cliff they were dangling their legs off, the sweeping view of the mountains, the sunset. I could imagine Tyler's anguish as he tried to explain to Jasmine what he knows he shouldn't say out loud but can't help it.
