The blueberries tasted good, but I avoided them. Because of the nightshade.

Even before Michelle had a reason, she has always disliked me. I felt it from the moment we first met—it was like she took one look at me and decided I wasn’t worth her time or energy. But I’ve never felt that animosity as strongly as I do right now.

I mean, you are sleeping with her husband....

Of course, I never knew he went hiking when he was a kid. Maybe there’s other stuff I don’t know about him from his past.
