My job is not to encourage or discourage patients to have an abortion. I trust that people know what is best for them. In fact, I believe we need to move past this notion that a decision to have an abortion should be left to the “patient and their doctor.” I give my patients the most information I can provide and support them in whatever they decide. I don’t decide with or for them.
