continue learning how to dance in the rain, even if it’s mixed with tears as I learn my way.
After the rain, truth finds a way to shine through the clouds, reminding us all that we are deserving of healing. That we’re worthy of change. That we are built to expand and stretch into our best selves.
I am my own. I am enough. I am rooted in love. My life is abundant. My heart is resilient. My happiness is important. Nothing has the power to break or destroy me. I am whole even through hurt.

Trauma or not, I had to make the effort to rise from the ashes and soar.
Loving yourself isn’t always a beautiful process. It’s hard. It can break you open. It can wear you down. Self-love is birthed in the trenches of our darkest moments— that’s why the light feels so good when we finally find it.
Hurt happens, but so does healing.
Learning to soothe our suffering—choosing how to move through our pain—that is where the prize is.
And that when we truly care, we make time for who and what we value.

You are deserving of opening your heart and letting love in. Don’t let the hurt of your past or the doubts of others deter you from building the life you long for.
Transitions, big or small, are rarely straightforward. They require abandoning the parts of ourselves that feel safe and familiar.
