not blaming others for how I react, but instead learning to speak up during moments of discomfort or angst.
It makes me want healthy dialogue and clarity that’s not covered in the cloak of speechlessness.
Being silent doesn’t solve conflict, problems, or hurt feelings. If anything, it can make things wors...

Acceptance is teaching me to cultivate a table that doesn’t run out of invitations for a seat when adversity strikes.
Silence and rejection do nothing but distract from the main thing most of us yearn for: love, compassion, and community.
I will continue to expand from the things that threaten to dismantle my peace of mind. I am doing my best to make space for acceptance and understanding, even when I am rejected.
ACCEPTANCE MEDITATION What is acceptance trying to teach you? How are you learning to accept what you cannot change with compassion and grace?
But that’s not how pain or pursuit of understanding works. You can’t pretend the aching doesn’t exist. You can’t silence it. Why would you want to? Where is the lesson in that? Instead, sit with it all. Breathe through it and remember to cry. Give it life and let it go.
Remember, the goal isn’t to escape, become numb, or ignore what hurts or haunts. It’s to acknowledge, accept, and appreciate all that comes with the ebb and flow of healing.
Transformation comes in waves.
Deep down, you know that you’re a work of art—abstract, filled with m...

You are not broken. You are always whole, even when things feel like they’re falling apart.
And to those who have hurt you, splintered your heart, made you feel small, and rejected you—offer them mercy so that you can learn what true freedom feels like. Gripping on to grudges wastes time and energy. It will distract you from being your best self.

I will remain grounded in my belonging and will continue finding new ways to be soft with myself. I don’t always have to be perfect in my healing and unfolding. My mistakes have made me more malleable and open to learning and understanding. I am doing my best and trusting my path without self-judgment.
FORGIVENESS MEDITATION Learning how to forgive is tricky. Sometimes, self-forgiveness is even harder than forgiving someone who has wronged you. Think about some ways you’d like to lean deeper into forgiveness and learn from the challenges that may come with it.
if you’re looking for a way out, and if you’re ready for things to be different, empty your box. Unpack and leave behind anything that is hindering you from being your best self.
Transformation has to start with wanting something better and healthier. It’s also one of the most uncomfortable things you’ll face, but you are worth the chance.
Keep this close to your heart: You are in control of how you show up in the world.
Give yourself permission to bloom wildly without regret. Dance in your rain, scream, cry, shout, and remember who you are every single step of the way.
Maya Angelou once said, “Live as though life was created for you.”
Trying and failing and learning is where your growth and knowledge reside.
The more we unfold into our healing, the more we can become whole.
Be prepared to reroute and get lost along the way: There is no requirement to know where you’re going or what you’re doing.
You are victorious in more ways than you know. It’s never too late to prepare for triumph after the rain.
