“Wait,” I say, ignoring the this morning part and focusing on the first bit. “You’ve never done butt sex? Is it possible, the great Noah Tedesco is a butt sex virgin?” “Cut me some slack, I’m only eighteen.” He gives my ass another squeeze. “But here’s to college.”
We end the call and I turn to Noah, pushing against his chest. “Just once, I’d like you to respect a boundary I set. Just one.” “Just once, I’d like you to smile at me like you smile at him and tell me good morning, Daddy.” He grins, rubbing a finger across the scar on his chin.
“What’s that?” I point to the box. It’s got a pink sparkly wrap job, only it looks like he wrapped it with his feet.
We spent the rest of the night engaging in a cold war of sorts. He’d touch me, kiss me, tease me, all in attempt to use my body against me, but I refused to fold. I can’t keep giving in. I can’t keep forgiving. Even if that means I’ll spend every night for the next week and a half with an ache between my legs.
“How was the gym?” I ask, giving Becca a minute to compose herself. “Gym?” Noah looks at me as if I just denounced Christ. “It’s a state-of-the-art basketball complex, Tru, not a gym.” “Well, excuse me.” I wave my hands in the air. “How was the basketball complex?”
