I want to address a question I get a lot: “How did you get your confidence?” And I guess I’ve more or less just decided life is already really fucking hard and I don’t want to spend it hating what I see in the mirror. It took me awhile to get here, so I’m writing this book so another fat li’l fatty somewhere can choose to love themselves too. Because the world can be cruel, so why not at least be nice to yourself?
