Tips for the Rest of Your Life Love the body you’re in. Remember, most of us can change what we don’t like, and if you can’t change it, that’s okay. You are perfect. Move your body, not to lose weight but to feel those endorphins . . . it’s real. If you cannot move your body, do things that make you feel good and accomplished. Look at yourself naked often. *this one is really hard* Speak to yourself in a nice way. If you need help, reach out. Therapy is great, and medication if you need it can help.
