It’s critical that on your journey to becoming an exceptional engineer, you understand the innate responsibility needed to exercise power without causing harm. After you recognize this, you’ll be able to consider the often-forgotten use cases or users who can benefit or be harmed by the products you build.

What I don't see for discrimination/bias are solid frameworks for identifying, evaluating, and countering bias. An example of a framework, for another area, is STRIDE for security (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/STRIDE_(security)). I don't know of as succinct of a framework for Accessibility, but often has a pretty solid set of checks for text size, touch target size, contrast, and more.
