An assassination attempt on de Gaulle in 1962 is eerily reminiscent of Dallas. A motorcade with de Gaulle and his wife in the back seat of his limo was attacked. Without warning the air exploded in a hail of gunfire in three bursts from automatic weapons. In all, the vehicle was hit about ten times as a dozen OAS snipers riddled the car and it’s escorts. The South Knoll website and its author suggests with scientific undisputed evidence there was at least one other shooter opposite the North “Grassy” Knoll. Although he believes there were multiple shooters that day with someone at the infamous Grassy Knoll, he proves through eyewitness testimony quantified with mathematical data that the throat shot was fired from the S. Knoll as well as the final head shot. Maybe Mertz fired from this position and Soutre from the North Knoll?
