On March 1, 1967 New Orleans district attorney Jim Garrison arrested Clay Shaw for conspiring to murder John F. Kennedy. Shaw promptly had his attorneys file a motion for dismissal based on the fact that the Warren Commission had proved that there was no conspiracy in the JFK Assassination. An additional tie between the two defectors surfaces in Marina Oswald herself. It seems even Oswald’s wife confused the two. It is intriguing that, after immigrating to America, Marina told a friend who was part of the Dallas Russian exile community, Katya Ford, that her husband Lee had defected after working at a trade exhibition in Moscow. That wasn’t Oswald. It was Webster who defected while working at a trade exhibition in Moscow! It seems logical that at the very least she was acquainted with Webster well enough to be familiar with his background. Still, it is certainly strange that she would confuse his story with her husband’s. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, it must be acknowledged that she has been consistent in her steadfast defiance of logic. But what are we to make of an address book containing a listing corresponding to Webster’s Leningrad apartment found among Marina’s possessions during an investigation into her background by U.S. Intelligence officials? It seems that while on “holiday” in the fall of 1960, Marina frequently visited a friend who happened to live in the same apartment building as Webster, an American defector. In the vastness of the Soviet Union it seems unlikely that a simple girl of Marina’s age would find herself, by mere chance, in the proximity of two personages as rare as American defectors were at the time. If they had occupied the same city, such an encounter might be plausible. However, considering the distance between Leningrad...

If Oswald’s Soviet interlude and ease of return were mysterious, Marina’s story is close to unbelievable. Marina Prusakova’s birth certificate lists Severodvinsk as the city of her birth. However, the city wasn’t named Severodvinsk until 1957, and she was born in 1941. A KGB legend? The birth certificate Marina brought to the United States was issued July 19, 1961. Since she had to have one to obtain a marriage license prior to April 30, 1961, Jay Edward Epstein concluded; It thus seemed that new documents – and possibly a new identity – were furnished to Marina after it was decided that she would accompany Oswald to the United States.

Marina said they spoke in Russian and she believed him to be from the Baltic States by his accent,

The date of their marriage was April 30 although Oswald lists it as April 31, a non-existent date.

After only about a month of marriage Oswald revealed that he wanted to return to the US. Marina had no objection to this but her uncle and aunt did and quit speaking to her. In the middle of all this turmoil, Marina decided to take her annual “holiday” and travel alone to Kharkov, not a garden spot in October, to visit her aunt. Her “Holiday” the previous year was in Leningrad. There she stayed at a government “Rest House.” Odd that a 19 year old needed to stay in a “Rest House.” It was in October, 1960 while on that “holiday” that she frequented Robert Webster’s apartment building in Leningrad. Why is there no mention of this interlude or “Prizentsev” in McMillan’s book Marina and Lee?

This chapter will explore the mechanism and infrastructure of the plot. It’s connections and the links between the CIA, Organized Crime, the French Connection drug cartel, PERMINDEX and French Corsican OAS terrorists to the assassination of JFK.

Jean de Menil, a president of Schlumberger and member of the Dallas Petroleum Club, was a close friend of Oswald’s Dallas mentor George de Mohrenschildt.

He also operated a assassination training camp in Louisiana on his farm/ranch. He was also a high ranking KKK associate.

After the demise of the OAS, the CIA got it’s munitions back when David Ferrie, and others3 from Guy Banister’s office in New Orleans raided a Schlumberger bunker at Houma, Louisiana and removed them.

DeGaulle charged his security adviser, Constantin Melnik, with shutting down what David Talbot called Dulles’ “stay behind army.” Melnik, however, admired the spy-master and did little to constrain Dulles’ subterfuge. It’s ironic that Melnik had been trained at Rand Corporation. Once again the notorious CIA front raises it’s ubiquitous head.

An assassination attempt on de Gaulle in 1962 is eerily reminiscent of Dallas. A motorcade with de Gaulle and his wife in the back seat of his limo was attacked. Without warning the air exploded in a hail of gunfire in three bursts from automatic weapons. In all, the vehicle was hit about ten times as a dozen OAS snipers riddled the car and it’s escorts. More than a hundred bullets poured in on the motorcade from multiple locations. The rear window of the presidential vehicle was shattered instantaneously. A missile struck the door frame only two inches from de Gaulle’s head and another narrowly missed the French first lady. Two motorcycle escorts were killed, but unlike JFK, the President’s loyal and well trained security forces reacted quickly and he escaped unharmed.

The South Knoll website and its author suggests with scientific undisputed evidence there was at least one other shooter opposite the North “Grassy” Knoll. Although he believes there were multiple shooters that day with someone at the infamous Grassy Knoll, he proves through eyewitness testimony quantified with mathematical data that the throat shot was fired from the S. Knoll as well as the final head shot. Maybe Mertz fired from this position and Soutre from the North Knoll?

One of the snipers was Jean Souetre.

The OAS soon became a pool from which competent professional assassins could be hired and used for international contracts by organized crime or clandestine agencies.
