Gaining emotional control takes time. Many of us spend our entire lives being heavily influenced by our emotions, even the ones that are unreasonable given our abilities. So, it’ll take time to learn to manage them. Following are a few tactics that worked for me. You may find that they work for you, as well. Reflect on your feelings, both positive and negative.
