It’s honestly offensive how not-like-other-girls this choice makes her seem even though it makes the most sense based on the myth that this is supposed to be referencing.

Why was this woman being such a pain in the ass? I bet she was one of the ones Hedone warned me about, that would be sneaking off with some married man later on, I thought. I'd be damned if I was covering for her.

This comment is rife with internalized misogyny; just because she’s sultry looking and has big boobs, and clearly does not like you does not mean that she’s a whore. What it means is that she does not like you and that’s it. The only educated guess you could make about her is that maybe she doesn’t like you because she is also a contestant, but that’s about it
