More Than Enough: Claiming Space for Who You Are (No Matter What They Say)

Remember this: Discovering what you don’t want is just as important as finding out what you do.

I didn’t yet have the tools to battle my own insecurities in order to find my voice and my place in that woefully unfamiliar space.

Here I was beginning my journey into adulthood, a journey I was determined to figure out alone. But being an adult doesn’t always mean you have to do it all alone.

“Sometimes just being yourself is the radical act. When you occupy space in systems that weren’t built for you, your authenticity is your activism.”

“I hear you, I see you, and I will do better next time.”

There is power in speaking your dreams into existence.
