Do things you’re not good at and try activities that make you uncomfortable. They promote creativity and intellectual growth.
Set intellectual goals like learning a language or pursuing a degree. Set goals for diet, sleep, and time/money management. Evaluate every day if your goals need to change and if you moved closer to them.
Determine what certifications or qualifications are required to outperform your competition. Then earn them.
This is about your capacity compared to your performance.
It is you against you.
You know darkness. And because of that, you know light.
