“The most important reason that we face stress today is because we don’t live in the present moment. More than 90% of the time, our mind is either living in the past or worrying about the future. We don’t live here and now. Our body always lives in the present, but our mind cleverly escapes our body to wander into all kind of negative thoughts. It always appears as our mind is flying at high speed and our body is trying to catch up with the same. There is a dichotomy of the mind and body that creates stress in all of us.
