And I’d never forget what he said, though I wished I could. He quoted from The Princess Bride—it was how it became our movie—“Since the invention of the kiss, there have only been five that were rated the most passionate, the most pure. This one left them all behind.” He said that after many of our kisses. And now I hated him for it because it was true.
