To accomplish this, relax physically. Then conceive of your mind as likewise relaxing. Follow this mentally by visualising the soul as becoming quiescent, then pray as follows: “Dear God, You are the source of all energy. You are the source of the energy in the sun, in the atom, in all flesh, in the blood-stream, in the mind. I hereby draw energy from You as from an illimitable source.” Then practise believing that you receive energy. Keep in tune with the Infinite.
