R.E. Grant Govan Raymond Eustace Grant Govan was a leading industrialist in India with interest in flour and sugar business. His real love, however, was cricket and aviation. Grant founded the Roshanara Cricket Club in Delhi and later became the founding president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 1928.7
