The expectation that some women have of themselves that they should be able to earn 50 percent or more of the household income, keep the home clean, schedule all of the kids’ appointments, get food on the table, keep the children clean, safe, and loved, be a great wife who’s the perfect combination of wholesome and sexy, and be cheerful while doing it all is complete insanity.
