Zuckerberg did have some opinions. Besides sending in the growth team to investigate how big of a threat Instagram posed to Facebook photo sharing, his first ask for Instagram was to allow people to tag each other in photos. At Facebook, product requests were ranked by priority number, with ones and zeroes being top priority.
