Think about a glass of water – I’m lucky enough to be able to have a glass of water whenever I like and therefore it is obtainable (abundant) whenever I want it….so how much value do I place in water?

were your hopes, dreams, hobbies, and proclivities? What parts of yourself do you hope to reclaim with your newfound singleness? What does your ideal version of you look like?
It is indisputable that exercise and long walks will reduce cortisol (a stress inducing hormone in your body) which will help you feel better.
