People relearning intuitive eating often go through a “Honeymoon Phase”: when you’ve been restricted for a while from eating certain foods, you’re going to reach a point where those foods are all you want. It’s like you’re at the beginning of a new relationship with them where you can’t get enough, and nothing else seems appealing (much like the Honeymoon Phase with a new romantic partner).
