The opposite is also true: When my home isn’t clean and tidy (by my own standards), I feel far less equipped to handle life’s daily stressors and to show up for the people I care about. And I know I’m not the only person who feels this way. Doing chores regularly can be a good way to remove unnecessary stress from your life and make your home a cozier, more pleasant place to be.
