For all their drawbacks, humans have one thing that nothing else on the planet has, and that is they are infinite. Not in the sense of immortality or they somehow will last forever, but in the sense that they aren’t limited, finite, inanimate objects incapable of thought or interaction.
The most opulent, advanced, and nicest things in the world still cannot hold a candle to a simple conversation with that mere middle-aged man sitting at the bar with his whiskey.
