you feel like you have to prove yourself, you feel like you have to learn loads of stuff.

‘I know that I was so comfortable at that job I could have stayed there forever. I was so comfortable for three years and then I left. And then leaving was awful for a year and then brilliant, and I learned so much and I think it really made me work much harder and prove myself much more and hone my skills and develop a resilience.
