On Sunday morning, Trump and Britain’s Boris Johnson had breakfast, their first meeting since Johnson had become Prime Minister. Inevitably, the subject of Iraq came up, and Johnson engaged in some friendly teasing by saying, “I agree with the President that ‘democracy building’ was a mistake.
