Always appreciate that Buddhism is a “suck it and see” practice. Given the way it’s always trying to describe things that words will never truly be able to transmit…one needs to practice and see for themselves.

Find this to be very true for myself. I see many who have built up these habits/patterns and inflict more suffering on themselves and others. Freedom of those reduces the amount of suffering.
