The Painkiller tour was kicking off in Canada in October, so we headed to a freezing cold sports hall near Lake Placid for ten days of rehearsals. I had one of my light-bulb moments there. Rollerblading was making a bit of a comeback, and I headed into the nearest town and bought a pair.
