Homo sapiens, we’re like birds or animals, and they’re not designed to be happy, right? From an evolutionary perspective, happiness is just a tool, a sort of signal to direct you to seek resources which were essential for your survival. When do we feel happy? When we eat or have sex. That’s just a signal that you are a functioning human being.’
