Tiller calls the familiar four-dimensional world of matter (all elementary particles) and its governing forces such as electromagnetism and gravity “direct space,” or “D-space.” This is the standard model at U(1). Tiller’s data points to a second dimension having magnetic wave information characteristics but not material stuff: the physical vacuum at SU(2) gauge symmetry. Tiller calls the SU(2) “reciprocal space” or “R-space.” Keep in mind, when we talk about D-space, it is the familiar U(1) gauge, and when talking about R-space, it is the otherworldly SU(2)
