“DO YOU THINK IT’S APPROPRIATE TO INTERRUPT MY LESSON WITH YOUR INDECISIVENESS!?”
“I can't think straight around you,” he said heavily, his hand clawing into the earth beside my head. “I could have lost you in that battle, or I could have died without ever knowing how this might have played out…”
Lance: What if I don't want it to stop?
“Look at the bright side,” I said. “You could marry one of them and avoid marrying your buck-toothed cousin?”
P.S I fully intend to break that guy’s legs once you give me his name by the way.
“You wanna lose two hundred and fifty House Points for disrespecting a teacher while breaking curfew?” he asked. “You wanna tell me if that’s a dagger in your pocket or if you’re just excited to see me?” I taunted.
I hadn’t spent the last few weeks trailing her around campus to protect her from them just to quit now and leave her vulnerable.
“If you keep doing that, I’m going to stop being a gentleman about this situation.”
He started passing out the bananas to the boys and peaches to the girls. He tossed one to me with a smirk

“Even if Roxy wasn’t the most annoying woman I’ve ever met and I could overlook her many personality flaws for long enough to consider marrying her, it wouldn’t matter,”

“Hey,” I hissed. “Get inside peeping Tom.”
In the light, I realised he was wearing a bunch of gold medallions, chunky rings, two thick bracelets and a belt with a buckle that was a solid gold dragon.
“Right, but are you expecting me to call you Draggy D now because I don’t think you can pull it off.” I chuckled and he broke a grin.
I turned away from Darius and he jumped onto my back, locking his legs around my waist. “Giddy up, pony.”
“Sethy!” Kylie suddenly spotted him. “Come say hi!” “Hi Kylie!” He waved enthusiastically. “Come on over!” she beckoned him. “What? Can't hear you! Good luck!”
“What are you screaming about in here? I thought you were being murdered.”
“I was just making sure you were alright,” Darius said softly,
“Your smart mouth is going to get you into trouble with me one of these days,” he warned. “Is that a promise?”
Darius was looking down at me, his eyes wild with panic as he brushed my hair away from my face.
would fucking break me. So don’t you dare give in to them. I’ll follow you into the shadows if I have to and drag you away from them kicking and screaming. Because they can’t have you. They fucking can’t.”
I’d just come within inches of death, and it was his fault yet again.
“For a moment there I felt like I was looking at Lionel instead of a man who swore never to be like him.”
the chant which was taking place and my gaze fell on Geraldine in full on conductor mode while the Ass Club all screamed their lungs out in support of us.
Max Rigel peer pressures you into joining his turd herd with his Siren powers.
“Blue,” Francesca decided. “My favourite colour.” He kissed her nose.
“This has gone far enough,” he snarled, the ferocity in his tone making my heart beat out of rhythm. “You brought him here to piss me off.”
“I’m trying to get Diego Polaris’s saliva off of my girl,” he growled.
“Biggest fucking mistake of my life. I’d rather bleed than feel what I did when I saw his mouth on yours.”
“Everything,” she replied with a grin. “I want to do it all.” “I’ll do whatever makes you happy,”
Geraldine went absolutely crazy, crying out our names with actual tears rolling down her cheeks.
“Stop embarrassing yourself,” I muttered as I pushed off of the wall.
“And if she tells me to fuck off?” I demanded. “Then you get to taste the bitter sting of rejection for the first time in your life,” he teased. “It’ll be good for you.”
find him, my popkin,” Professor Washer replied instantly. “He’s probably just a little shy. We’ll have to be gentle with him!” “Oh hell, you have to rescue me,”
Lance: I’d never murder you with an axe. I’d use my teeth.
“I’d find it easier to carve my eyes out than I would to stop them landing on you.”
