When I first went onto Facebook or Instagram (and I did the same things on other networks like Twitter and LinkedIn), I looked to see the Dream 100 who had already mastered that platform. Who had the big followings and tons of engagement with my dream customers? Then I built out a new Dream 100 list specifically for each of those platforms, and I followed each of them. I needed to be able to see exactly what they were doing, because if they were having success, it meant that they were in the front of the algorithm.
