“Every time I hear phrases like ‘This should just be a quick thing,’ or ‘You can do this in a day,’ it drives me crazy,” Chad says. “Because unless you understand how things are put together, unless you know how the infrastructure is built, you have no idea how long it will take. I think that’s what sometimes causes a struggle between managers and engineering.”
