Some are born for peopling; I was born for anything that doesn’t include that.
I have a secret, I’m a thief. Ronan Astor is my next target. As well as my future husband.
The moment she gasps, I crush my lips to hers. She tastes like…madness, the type you can never get away from or with. It’s the type that gets under your skin, and soon enough, you don’t know whether you’re losing your sanity or your life.
They say you should find what you love and keep it close. The same can be said about what you hate.
“Today, when you walked in on me and that girl, I wasn’t hard for her. I was hard for you.” Thrust. “I wanted to fuck you.” Thrust. “Ruin you.” Thrust. “Own you.”
I am the slave of what I have spoken, but the master of what I conceal.
I’m at the Meet Up and I kicked everyone out to smoke weed and think about you in peace. I miss you and I’m going to fuck you when I find you, my crazy belle. Oh, and my calls have started with the PI. I’m going to convince Ethan to file a missing person report. You’re going down. I fucking miss you, though.
“And I want every last bit of your craziness.”
“Mine. Only fucking mine,” he growls before he claims my lips in an animalistic kiss.
“He’s the same, you know. He looks at you like you’re the greatest and most fascinating riddle of all.”
“Belle, it says ‘Talk French to Me’. If it’s not about me, I don’t know what is.”
But as I hug Ronan, I know I have no choice in this addiction. It’s the type you just surrender to. You fall into it and let yourself float.
There are no sounds, no colours, and no scents. There’s only her, the girl with odd preferences and a fucking attitude.
“Too bad, because you’re going to listen, Teal. You’re going to listen to the story of a boy who hates himself so much he needs other people in order to exist.”
“Here’s the thing, belle.” My voice drops. “Since you came into my life, I don’t need people anymore. I just need you.”
You’re the only one who gave another meaning to my life aside from revenge. You set me on fire, and you didn’t run away from the ashes. You kissed me and didn’t want to leave me.
You’re the light despite the darkness. You’re the hope despite the black dots. You’re strong despite the weakness.
“I love you, Teal. Now and always.”
He’s the calm after the storm. He’s the light after the darkness. He’s everything.
Since I first met Teal, she’s always gotten under my skin. It started with irritation then hate, and then it turned into the most powerful feeling I could have for another human being.
“Fuck work. I prefer you.”
“Have I mentioned today how much I love you, Ronan?” “I must’ve forgotten.” “I love you,” she whispers in my ear. “Not more than I love you, ma belle.”
